Todos Santos: A Mind and Body Adventure

This week-long adventure provides a truly unique opportunity to enrich body, mind and soul in the beautiful oasis of Todos Santos. We’ll start each day with a dharma talk by Robert K. Hall, a psychiatrist and physician of the body/mind, a lay Buddhist priest, poet and meditation teacher. A yoga session will follow on most days, and we’ll then spend the balance of each day exploring the magnificent natural and cultural offerings of the Todos Santos area.
Sunday:
• Arrive, check into hotels
9:00 PM Welcome briefing at TOSEA office

Monday:
• 7:00 AM Dharma talk with Robert K. Hall, M.D.
• 8:00 – 9:00 Yoga class
• Morning: Historical Tour of Todos Santos
Visits to galleries of local artists who have made their home in and draw their inspiration from Todos Santos
• Afternoon Desert Triple Waterfall Adventure
Hike through incredible desert canyon featuring 3 waterfalls and fantastic desert scenery

Tuesday:
• 7:00 AM Dharma talk with Robert Hall
• 8:00 – 9:00 Yoga class
• Morning: Cliff Walk and Beach Picnic
Fantastic scenery featuring sea lions, birds, whales and cactus
• Evening: Champagne, Stars and Cactus
Beautiful evening of star-gazing on the beach with local astronomer, followed by dinner at terrific local restaurant.

Wednesday:
• All day: Swimming with the Sea Lions
A truly incredible experience, snorkeling and playing with the sea lion pups at the permanent sea lion colony of Los Islotes

Thursday:
• 7:00 AM Dharma talk with Robert Hall
• 8:00 – 9:00 Yoga
• Morning: Nature Hike
Enjoy the fantastic flora and fauna – including several species unique to the area - of the Sierra de la Laguna foothills on a secluded, private ranch just outside of Todos Santos
• Early Evening: Mexican cooking lessons with local chef Iker Algorri
Eat what you make!

Friday:
• 7:00 AM Dharma talk with Robert Hall
• 8:00 – 9:00 Yoga
• All day: Enjoy this day off to go do whatever you like!

Child Care:
 Day care can be arranged for your children at any point throughout the trip, although we must have at least one week's advance notice to make arrangements.  We have experienced, English-speaking day-care providers who will look after your children in a fun, secure environment.  The price is $50 for every 4 hours.
