 What Your Trip Includes</strong><br /><br />
The Land Cost* for most trips includes:

*Note: “Land Cost” is defined as including the cost of the trip. Internal airfare, park fees, permits, and taxes may be included in the price, or broken out separately. Unless otherwise noted, payment and cancellation policies apply to the total Land Cost, inclusive of internal airfare, park fees, permits, and taxes, even when broken out separately. International airfare, optional gratuities, and personal items are not included.<br />

    Tier Pricing</strong><br /><br />
Our trips are priced according to the number of full-price trip participants. We invoice you at the highest tier price, which reflects the smallest group size we can have for that departure. If the price drops due to an increase in group size before your trip departs, you will be refunded the difference.

Single Travelers<br />
    </strong>
    <br />
Accommodations (hotels, tents) are based on double occupancy. If you prefer single accommodations, you must pay a single supplement fee. If you are traveling alone and wish to share accommodations, we will try our best to find you a roommate of the same gender. If there is no one with whom you can share, you are required to pay a “forced” single supplement fee, which varies by trip.

Cancellations & Refunds</strong><br /><br />
Based on Land Cost, per person<br />

At the time we receive written notice that you must cancel your trip, the following fees will apply (all dates are from departure date):<br />

        <li>89 to 60 days prior to trip departure: $350 <br />
        </li>
        <li>59 to 30 days prior to trip departure: 50% of Land Cost<br />

        <li>29 days or less prior to trip departure: 100% of Land Cost </li>

Delays & Cost Increases</strong><br /><br />
The cost of delays is not included if any trip is delayed due to bad weather, trail conditions, road conditions, transportation delays, government intervention, sickness or other contingency for which Todos Santos Eco Adventures or its agents cannot make provision. Land Costs are subject to increase without prior notice, even after you have signed up on the trip. We often publish our prices more than a year in advance. Between that time and the time of the trip’s actual trip departure, we are occasionally faced with significant cost increases that we cannot absorb, i.e. international currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or increases in cost of services. We regret this situation, and we do everything we can to avoid raising prices, but sometimes it is unavoidable. We will do our best to limit such increases and will notify you at least two months before trip departure.

Use of Likeness</strong><br /><br />
Todos Santos Eco Adventures may take photographs and/or video of its trips and participants grant Todos Santos Eco Adventures permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.


Medical & Health<br /><br />
It is extremely important that you inform Todos Santos Eco Adventures of any medical problems make well before trip departure. The trip leader has the right to disqualify anyone at any time during the trip if he or she feels the trip member is physically or mentally incapable or if a trip member’s continued participation will jeopardize the individual involved or the group. Refunds are not given under such circumstances.
Hospital facilities are often unavailable and evacuation can be prolonged, difficult, and expensive. Todos Santos Eco Adventures assumes no liability regarding provision of medical care.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK</strong><br /><br />
You understand and acknowledge that your travel in connection with and participation in a Todos Santos Eco Adventures trip may involve risk and potential exposure to injury. You also recognize and acknowledge that risk and dangers may arise from foreseeable and unforeseeable causes, including weather and other acts of nature. You fully understand and acknowledge that the aforementioned risks, dangers and hazards are a potential in connection with recreational activities which may take place during your trip.

EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY/PARTICIPATION</strong><br /><br />
In recognition of the inherent risk of the travels and related activities in which you are intending to engage, you confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity, that you are willingly and knowingly electing to participate in this tour in spite of the potential risk of danger, and you willingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or caused by you, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the owners, directors, agents, officers, employees, or contractors of Todos Santos Eco Adventures. You understand and acknowledge that Todos Santos Eco Adventures reserves the right to accept or reject any participant for any reason, and C Todos Santos Eco Adventures or its guide has the right to disqualify you from any trip activity, if in Todos Santos Eco Adventures’ or such guide's judgment, you are incapable of that activity and/or your continued participation in the tour will endanger yourself or the safety of the group. It is your responsibility and obligation to inform Todos Santos Eco Adventures, at the time your reservation is made, of any medical or physical disability or limitation that might disable you or render you unable to perform or safely complete the tour or any activity on the tour. You further acknowledge that you are the best judge of your own conditions and limitations and that it is incumbent upon you to fully disclose the full extent of any such conditions or limitations to Todos Santos Eco Adventures.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY</strong><br /><br />
In consideration of the services and arrangements provided by Todos Santos Eco Adventures, you, for yourself and for your heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, hold harmless and agree to indemnify Todos Santos Eco Adventures, and its owners, officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services, lost profits, consequential, exemplary, indirect or punitive damages or otherwise which may arise out of or occur during your travel in connection with the scheduled travel package and any activities conducted in conjunction therewith. YOU SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE RELEASING, DISCHARGING AND WAIVING ANY CLAIMS OR ACTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE PRESENTLY OR IN THE FUTURE FOR THE NEGLIGENT ACTS OR CONDUCT OF THE OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR AFFILIATES OF Todos Santos Eco Adventures.

EXPRESS WAIVER OF CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES</strong><br /><br />
Regardless of the situation or circumstances giving rise to a claim, you waive any right to seek consequential, punitive or exemplary damages against Todos Santos Eco Adventures its owners, officers, directors, agents, contractors and employees, for any reason whatsoever.
