| 1. Who is Todos Santos Eco Adventures? |

TOSEA is owned and operated by long-time Baja adventure guide, Sergio Jauregui. Originally from Mexico City,
Sergio has spent the last decade leading hundreds of adventure trips in Baja. He and his wife Bryan were married
in Todos Santos and have built their home there. They love to share the special beauty and excitement of their
home town with visitors to the area.

TOSEA’s guides all have extensive experience guiding in the area. These bilingual experts on local flora, fauna and history are terrific storytellers who take great personal pleasure in sharing the more hidden parts of Mexico with visitors. All of our guides are trained in first aid and most are certified Wilderness First Responders.

| 4. What is the weather like? |
| |
Temperatures in Todos Santos are typically 10 degrees cooler than those in Los Cabos or La Paz, making it a terrific retreat from the heat extremes of those locations. Todos Santos boasts a very pleasant, temperate climate from late October through most of June. |

| 5. What is your payment & refund policy? |
| |
If you would like to book one of our day trips and pay through our web site using PayPal, please email us to confirm dates and times first.
Payment for our day and half-day trips are due by the beginning of the trip. For our trips of 3 days or longer, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your place on the trip and must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. The balance is due at least two weeks before departure.
-100% refund less a $40 administrative fee with at least 4 weeks notice prior to trip start date
-50% refund with less than 4 weeks but more than 1 week notice prior to trip start date
NO refund with less than 1 week notice prior to trip

10% of the trip fee is the industry average but please judge what is best for you according to your satisfaction with the trip and the service. |
