Come explore the best of the natural, cultural and culinary delights of Baja! In this wonderful week we'll hike desert waterfalls and ocean cliffs; we'll surf in the Pacific and swim in the Sea of Cortez; we'll visit mountain ranches and meet local artisans; we'll learn to make margaritas and dine on terrific cuisine; we'll play with sea lions and maybe see some whales; we'll learn to make chiles rellenos just right and hear all the great stories of the area; we'll drink champagne and toast the stars.

| Morning: | Historical Tour of Todos Santos and Visits to Artists Galleries |
| Lunch: | Welcome lunch at restaurant on the beach |
| Afternoon: | La Poza Hill and Beach Walk Simply beautiful - what Baja is all about. |
| Evening: | Dinner at Hotel California |
| Day Three | |
| Morning: | Desert Triple Waterfall Adventure
Hike through incredible desert canyon featuring 3 waterfalls and fantastic desert scenery. 4 hours roundtrip, 2.5 hours walking. Picnic lunch at waterfall. |
| Evening: | Champagne, Stars & Cactus
Beautiful evening of bird watching and star-gazing with local astronomer, followed by dinner at terrific local restaurant. |
| Day Four | |
| All Day | Swimming with the Sea Lions A truly incredible experience, snorkelling and playing with the sea lion pups at the permanent sea lion colony of Los Islotes. Includes lunch, all gear and transportation. 90 minutes drive each way to/from La Paz. |
| Evening: | Evening free for dinner in Todos Santos TOSEA will supply an annotated list of restaurants. |

| All Day | Trip to San Vicente/Visit Mountain Potters
This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the traditional way of life of the mountain ranchers in Baja. We’ll meet local potters in a true mountain oasis, and learn how Baja Californians have carved their homes and livings out the mountains for centuries. Doña Ramona will give us a pottery class and share her ranching way of life. |
| Special Treat: | Doña Ramona's family will make a wonderful lunch for us featuring several dishes using fresh ranch ingredients - truly delicious! And Doña Ramona herself will teach us how to make tortillas in the traditional way. |
| Evening: | Mexican cooking lessons with local chef First, learn to make a great margarita. Second, pay attention because you have to eat what you make! |
| Day Six | |
| All Day | Cliff Walk and Beach Picnic
Terrific scenery featuring sea lions, birds, whales and cactus. Lunch on pristine, palm-ringed beach. Swimming and boogie-boarding at the beach. |
| Evening: | Farewell dinner at Café Santa Fe Widely proclaimed as the best restaurant in Baja. |
| Day Seven | |
| Depart Todos Santos Please note that itineraries will include releasing baby turtles into the ocean when there are hatchlings during a trip. |
